Phase II Motivate Churches:

• Come alongside pastors to teach them how important missions is for church growth.

Phase III Train Italian Missionaries

• Hold weekend seminars in Italy and in Germany. Training is bi-directional. They get motivated and trained for ministry and we discover their ministerial gifts with them.

• Inspire individuals to come to Germany to work with Romanians there. First for a weekend then during vacation.

• Have pastor and elders come to the training area to see how their prospective missionary is performing.

• Take short-term teams to Romania.

Phase IV Place Italians missionaries in ministry:

• Find the appropriate location for them to use their gifts as determined in the previous phase.
